"America's Boating Course" is for experienced as well as new boaters and is taught by certified instructors. Completion qualifies you for State of Texas Certification.
Seminars and courses are held at the Travis County West

USPS University Seminars
These programs are targeted
to a range of boaters and types of boats. They cover
specific topics with two-hour format. They include valuable
take-away guides. They are designed to increase boating
knowledge. Each seminar provides credit toward the “Boat
Operator Certification” program. They are scheduled
throughout the year. Check the Education Department Course
